Volunteer Board Member
Edinburgh Women’s Aid strives for a society free from domestic abuse by providing practical and emotional support, and information and advice to women and any accompanying children. The charity also raises awareness of domestic abuse and its prevalence across society. The Board of Directors is the legal authority for Edinburgh Women’s Aid Ltd. Entrusted by service users, the Board is responsible for effective governance of the charity. We are looking for new Board members to bring diverse skills to the Board so as to enhance the governance of the charity.
Closing date: Tuesday 27 February 2018 at Close of Business
A Board selection evening will take place in the week commencing 12 March 2018, between 6pm and 8pm.
Adult PVG scheme membership will be required.
